1. The first step in making this delicious chili is to dice 2 onions and 1 red pepper.

2. In a medium pan over medium heat, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onion and pepper until soft and golden. Stir occasionally.

3. In a pot over medium heat, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook ground beef until fully cooked through. Make sure to break up the ground beef while it’s cooking.

4. When the ground beef is fully cooked, add in the softened golden onion and pepper.

5. Reduce heat to low then pour in 1, 8 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1, 14 ounce Original Rotel and 1 cup water.

6. Give the chili a quick stir and let it cook while you drain and rinse your beans, which is 1 can of white beans, 1 can of black beans and 1 can of kidney beans.

7. After you drained and rinsed your beans, add them to the chili.

8. Add in the seasoning which is 1 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon cumin, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp paprika.

9. Stir, reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.

10. Simmer the chili for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

11. Add in your favorite toppings, and your chili is ready to be served.
